INDUSTRY DAY BOOTH/DISPLAY SPACE RESERVATIONS
 

A total of 60 booth/display spaces are available on a first-come, first served basis for $150 per space. Each space measures 8’x10’ and comes equipped with one display table and two chairs. 120v power is available upon request. Static displays/backdrops must be free standing and self-securing. Participants must set up and break down their own displays. The Hyatt Ballroom will be available for set up beginning at 4:00 PM on Friday, March 7 and all displays must be removed no later than 8:00 PM on Saturday, March 8. Refreshments will be available for all registered attendees.

 

All reservations must be received and paid for by Monday, February 4, 2008 (Pacific Standard Time). Please download and fax your reservation to (671) 646 6097 attn: GIF Help Desk.
